Tener unos buenos h\u00e1bitos de sue\u00f1o nos ayudar\u00e1n a tener m\u00e1s regulado nuestro apetito.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/mintnutricion.com\/bak\/wp-content\/uploads\/sueno-y-apetito.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11712 lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 648px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 648\/432;width:648px;height:432px\" width=\"648\" height=\"432\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfSab\u00edas que el descanso est\u00e1 \u00edntimamente relacionado con nuestra composici\u00f3n corporal?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diferentes estudios a lo largo de los a\u00f1os han estudiado la relaci\u00f3n entre la buena\/mala calidad del <strong>sue\u00f1o <\/strong>relacionado tanto con el <strong>apetito<\/strong> y la saciedad, los h\u00e1bitos alimentarios y con la composici\u00f3n corporal, produciendo una disminuci\u00f3n de la masa muscular y aumentando el contenido de masa grasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hay evidencias obtenidas en distintos estudios cl\u00ednicos controlados y de investigaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica experimental que demuestran que la cantidad o calidad deficiente del sue\u00f1o puede desencadenar a corto plazo a alteraciones de tipo metab\u00f3lico y conductual, llevando a una sobre ingesti\u00f3n de alimentos y al aumento de peso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por el contrario, durante la fase de sue\u00f1o, se llevan a cabo los procesos de reparaci\u00f3n celular, de descanso y de organizaci\u00f3n de memorias.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scielo.org.mx\/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S2007-15232013000200007\">https:\/\/www.scielo.org.mx\/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S2007-15232013000200007<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Debido a nuestro estilo de vida actual, cada vez la hora de sue\u00f1o se ha visto m\u00e1s atrasada. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es la consecuencia m\u00e1s inmediata? la reducci\u00f3n de horas del sue\u00f1o, afectando tambi\u00e9n a ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, justo cuando se ha visto aumentada la incidencia de obesidad y diabetes en este rango.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 dormir menos horas o tener un peor descanso hace que la composici\u00f3n corporal empeore?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pues tal y como se registra en diferentes estudios, las personas que trabajan por la noche como las personas que se desvelan a lo largo del <strong>sue\u00f1o<\/strong>, se aproxima un aumento de cantidad de comida ingerida durante la noche de aproximadamente el 65% del d\u00eda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y para finalizar, aqu\u00ed dejamos una serie de tips para empezar a mejorar esa higiene de sue\u00f1o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">La pr\u00e1ctica de meditaci\u00f3n nos puede ayudar a tener una mejor calidad de sue\u00f1o, al igual que conectar con las se\u00f1ales de hambre y saciedad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Alejarnos de las pantallas un par de horas previas al momento de descanso y alejar un poco las comidas de las horas de sue\u00f1o, tendr\u00e1n un impacto positivo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Mantener unos horarios regulares de cena y momento de ir a la cama tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 beneficioso para poder tener un mejor descanso<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Adem\u00e1s, seg\u00fan el Instituto del Sue\u00f1o, leer nos ayuda a reducir la ansiedad, ralentiza el ritmo cardiaco y alivia la tensi\u00f3n muscular, ayudando a alcanzar un sue\u00f1o m\u00e1s reparador&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\">Maria Jos\u00e9 Alonso Berenguel<br>Dietista-nutricionista.
