es fundamental para establecer nuestras prioridades e ir d\u00e1ndoles la motivaci\u00f3n necesaria para poder llevarlas a cabo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prop\u00f3sitos nutricionales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aumentar el consumo de vegetales, reducir procesador o hidratarnos son algunos de los <strong>h\u00e1bitos <\/strong>que nos llevar\u00e1n a mejorar nuestra autoestima y tener un mejor rendimiento en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda, en definitiva mejorar nuestro bienestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En alimentaci\u00f3n tenemos mucho por hacer pero desde la flexibilidad te aconsejamos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Dieta variada y equilibrada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Hidrataci\u00f3n importante para el funcionamiento y mantenimiento de nuestras funciones vitales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Reducir el consumo de az\u00facares a\u00f1adidos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Modera el consumo de grasas trans y prioriza las saludables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">S\u00e9 consciente con las raciones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Incrementa el consumo de fibra, fundamental para nuestro bienestar intestinal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Aumenta el consumo de alimentos frescos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Selecciona alimentos con prote\u00ednas de fuentes magras.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Reducir el consumo de alimentos procesados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Limita el consumo de alcohol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No debes olvidar\u2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En estas premisas nos debemos de mover siempre, por supuesto es importante tener en cuenta la etapa de la vida, circunstancias y el historial m\u00e9dico y la actividad f\u00edsica que nos har\u00e1 personalizar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es importante consultar con un profesional de la salud o un dietista-nutricionista principalmente si tus condiciones son especiales ya que comer es algo que hacemos a diario y tiene un impacto desde el inicio de nuestra vida hasta el final de esta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La clave est\u00e1 en adoptar cambios sostenibles en el tiempo, y recuerda el mejor prop\u00f3sito;&nbsp;
